Our journey with this project began with an uphill battle, as we corrected poor landscaping practices by a previous service provider. The homeowner’s vision for an elegantly arranged landscape had been tarnished by these mistakes, and our task was to restore and surpass that original image.

The project was initially complicated by a malfunctioning drip irrigation system. Unknown to the homeowner, their previous landscapers had cut off crucial valves, making them unavailable for subsequent use or repair. Further compounding the problem was the rampant overgrowth caused by mulch and rocks being scattered carelessly over weeds without a proper weed barrier. It was clear that the property needed a vigilant overhaul. So, our dedicated team began by trimming the overzealous growth from trees, bushes, and flower beds, revealing the property’s fence that was concealed beneath the green.
Keeping the fragile drip irrigation system safe, we manually removed all the improperly laid rocks and mulch. The debris was cleared away painstakingly to prevent any further damage. We then reincorporated the ground to its natural state, ensuring that we retained proper drainage and ground composition.
Delivering Quality and Satisfaction
Quality is what we strive for, and to this end, we used a premium, commercial-grade 5 mm thick weed barrier that was fully treated to resist weeds. With the ground ready, we applied a generous 40 yards of mulch at a perfect depth of 3.5 inches, and added a Texas touch with over 7 yards of Texas-blend stone rock as accent pieces on the lawn.
Our team of five worked tirelessly for 8 to 10 hours daily over five days to achieve the desired outcome. The homeowner was thrilled with the change, which bore testament to our commitment to service quality, attention to detail, and superior materials used. We not only overcame difficult challenges but ensured we exceeded our client’s expectations for a perfect zero scape lawn.
